Who sees it
Heat Pump Energy Ltd. If you go ahead with a heat pump, the details needed for your survey, grant application and finance are shared with our MCS partner Ample (Fornax Energy Ltd). We never sell your details.
How long we keep it
If you don't become a customer, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. Customer records are kept for as long as the law requires for guarantees, safety records and accounts.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@heatpumpenergy.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
